1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ace291 platform (accessible at https://ace291.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces, collectively the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ace291 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the ace291 Platform. ace291 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ace291 ("we", "us", or "the Company"). The Company operates the ace291 Platform for entertainment and gaming purposes in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ace291 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gambling. ace291 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ace291 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ace291 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ace291 Platform or any other gambling platform operated by the Company or its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

ace291 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ace291 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the ace291 Platform, you must create a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active ace291 account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace291 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ace291 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Ownership: Your ace291 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• KYC Verification: ace291 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by ace291 for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ace291 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: ace291 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. ace291 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ace291 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. ace291 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.
• Transaction Records: ace291 maintains records of all financial transactions. In the event of a dispute, the Company's transaction records shall be considered authoritative unless demonstrably erroneous.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace291 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ace291 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player is exploiting promotional offers through systematic play, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational intent.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once – including by registering multiple accounts – is a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• ace291 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on restricted games may not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ace291 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generators: All non-live games on ace291 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of professional dealers and studio management.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure, ace291 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: ace291 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace291 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to ace291 support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ace291 staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ace291 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace291 Platform – including but not limited to the ace291 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of ace291 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ace291.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace291 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ace291's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace291 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ace291 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace291 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ace291 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

ace291 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. ace291 will display a reminder when the session limit is approaching and will log the player out when the limit is reached.

• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting ace291 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

ace291 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• A regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon account closure, ace291 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and investigation procedures.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ace291 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ace291 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ace291 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ace291 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
